Our team trained more than 40 school girls and boys on prevention of sexually transmitted diseases like HIV/AIDS and on the dangers of early pregnancies.
We provided treatment for common health issues such as malaria, acute diarrhea, upper respiratory tract infections, skin conditions, and eye/ear infections. Over 200 individuals, including children, received care during this medical mission.
The purpose of this mobile outreach was to provide essential healthcare services to the residents of Kamee in Kapoeta East County, enhancing access to medical care in remote areas.
The inception meeting launched the Maternal Health (Safe Motherhood - Training of Traditional Birth Attendants) and School Health Programs, bringing together community leaders, women’s and youth representatives, school officials, and county authorities from Kapoeta North and South Counties.
A mobile clinic health camp was held in Korkor Kapoeta South, South Sudan, providing essential medical services to remote communities. The clinic offered treatment for common illnesses, health consultations, and health education, bringing vital care directly to those in need.
The Medical Mission conducted a First Aid Training session last October, focusing on equipping participants with essential life-saving skills.
